Product Page Widget
Widget Status
Toggle this switch ON to enable the Widget that contains your published reviews. The status switched to OFF will remove your published reviews and review stars too.
Reviews List
Customize how you display the reviews on your product pages.
Display Type
(*)Grid - Reviews are shown in a grid format, with each review presented on a card. Additional details are displayed once the review is clicked
List - Reviews are displayed in a linear format
Text - In this section, you can edit the text displayed on the reviews list
Review Widget Button - In this section, you can edit the CTA displayed on the Widget
Review Listing Basics
Allow visitors to submit a review from the storefront - Uncheck this option to hide the Review Widget Button on the product page and have customers submit reviews through email requests only
Show review date? - Check this box to display the date the product review was submitted
Review limit per page - Set a limit on how many reviews you want to show on your product page at a time
Date format - Use the
Relativeoption to display the time elapsed since the review date in a contextual way (e.g. 3 days ago) or choose any of the formats in numbers available such asMM/DD/YYYY,DD/MM/YYYY, andYYYY/MM/DDSummary Type

Voting & Recommendations
(*)Show verified badge?- Check this box to add a sticker to customers who submitted reviews through email requests
Show voting? - Check this box to add your own question along with upvote/downvote icons on each product review
Show recommendations? - Check this box if you have product recommendations enabled in your store and you want to display if a customer has recommended the product
Write a Review Popup
Select Rating
Edit the text and the star rating that is displayed on the popup when a customer clicks to leave a review.
Title - The header title on the popup
Star Fill Type
Full - To display the stars completely filled in
Empty - To display the stars as outlines
Star Rating Type
Number - Display a numerical value from 1 to 5 below each star, indicating the rating score
Words - Display up to three descriptive phrases that correspond to the low, medium and high levels
Star Caption - Enter the caption for the 1-star, 3-star, and 5-star ratings.
Upload Media
Edit the text that is displayed on the next section of the popup where reviewers upload a media file.
Text - In this section, you can edit the header title and subtitle displayed on the popup
Upload Buttons - In this section, you can edit the text button and subtext
Media Types

Edit the text on the next section of the popup where the customer writes their review.
Text - In this section, you can edit the header title and the placeholder for your text input field
Button - In this section, you can edit the text button on the popup.

About You
Edit the text that is displayed on the section of the popup where the customer enters their details. From here you can edit the error messages too.
Header - In this section, you can edit the header title on the popup
Input Field Placeholder - In this section, you can edit the placeholder for your text input fields
Button - In this section, you can edit the text button on the popup
Submit Messages - In this section, you can edit the alert and error messages that appear on the popup.
Success Page
Edit the text in the final success state of the popup.
Success Fields - In this section, you can edit the text that the reviewer sees after they successfully submit the review. If you have enabled incentives, they will see their discount code here.
Common Translation
Edit the translation of the 'Back' and 'Skip' text that appears in the footer of the popup.
Design
Colors
Ensure your reviews widget is on-brand with custom color designs.
Modal Header - Change the color of the Header and Subtext that are displayed at the very top of the review popup
Write a Review Button - Customize the colors of the 'Write a Review' button that is displayed on your product pages
Star - Customize the color of the stars and the text displayed with them. These are the caption texts that appear under the star rating options on the popup and the text for the number of reviews besides the star rating on your product page
Button - Customize the colors of the button that appears on stages of the popup (e.g. the Choose photo, Choose video, Next, Done, and Close buttons)
Text Field - Customize the border color of the text field and the input text where the customer writes their review
Others - From here you can customize the color of icons, links, and the footer text on the popup.
Review Stars
Toggle this switch ON and OFF to enable or disable the star rating in the product description, generally placed below the product title.

Display Custom CSS
(*)- Paste your CSS codes to customize the Product Page Widget
Product Page Custom Selectors - Enter an element ID from your product page on the Product Stars Custom Selector to specify where you want the star ratings to appear, and Reviews Panel Custom Selector for the reviews widget. Common Questions
Can I change or import custom fonts to the widget?
You can change the font by adding browser-safe fonts using the CSS field in the Advanced Settings. However, importing custom fonts to the widget is not possible at the moment.
Can I have the "Upload Media" step on the popup removed?
This is not possible yet, but you can vote on the feature to help us understand your needs and prioritize items in our roadmap!
