The Content Planner lets you stay plan and schedule your content for the future. To use it:
Press "Scheduled" along the top bar (under your Social Blog).
Select the day you want to schedule a post for and press the orange + button.
Next choose the piece you want to schedule.
It will automatically suggest a time (but you can click to change the time).
Press the "Schedule" button to confirm.
The piece will now show on your Content Planner.
Note: scheduled posts from the editor will also show up in the Content Planner.
