To update a member's email address:
1. Log in to your account and go to your Managers site.
2. Go to Account in the Navigation bar, then click on Members.
3. Select the member whose email needs to be updated.
4. Click Edit at the bottom right of the user's profile box.
5. Change the email address and click Save.
💡 Tip: If the email address was incorrect when the first invite was sent, you will need to resend the invite to this member.
Typsy Tip:
You cannot change a member's email address if that member is an Account Admin. Please contact customer support for help with this.
You also cannot change a member's email address if that member has used a social account to sign in to Typsy.
