To update a member's email address follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your account and go to your Managers site.
2. Go to 'Account' in the Navigation bar, then click on 'Members'.
3. Select the member whose email needs to be updated.
4. Click 'Edit' at the bottom right of the user's profile box.
5. Change the email address and click 'Save'.
*If the email address was incorrect when the first invite was sent, you will need to resend the invite to this member.*
Typsy Tip:
You cannot change a member's email address if that member is an Account Admin. Please contact customer support for help with this.
You also cannot change a member's email address if that member has used a social account to sign in to Typsy.
