SmartCards

SmartCards uses AI to turn operational documents into short, interactive cards your teams can use when they need clear guidance.

1. Choose SmartCard as your content type.

2. Select Browse to find the PDF or Word document on your computer or click and drag it into the box, then click Generate.

💡 Tip: SmartCards currently supports PDF and Word documents that meet these requirements:

  • The document must contain 20 pages or fewer.

  • The document must be written in English.

Support for more file formats and languages is coming soon.

3. Review each card using the navigation arrows.

During your review:

  • Check that the information is clear, accurate, and reflects your current operational standards.

  • If a card needs changing, enter your requested update under Suggest a correction and select Submit correction.

  • If the SmartCard includes a quiz question, select an answer and use Check Answer to test it.

4. Once you have reviewed every card, select Next.

5. Give your SmartCard a Name

6. Select an Estimated reading time between 1 and 60 minutes. This determines the time associated with the SmartCard and cannot be changed later.

7. Review or update the Description. This will be visible to your members once the content has been set to Active.

6. Add a label to your content so you can easily find it when searching through your content library.
