Playlists are a popular way of assigning custom combinations of content on a specific topic or skill to your members. A playlist consists of your own handpicked combination of Typsy lessons, courses, mentor sessions, community content lessons, Supplier badges, and even your own custom content.
To add and/or remove an item from a playlist
1. Go to Training and click Custom playlists.
2. Select the playlist you would like to edit.
3. Click Edit content.
4. Select and/or deselect the content you would like to add or remove.
5. Click next through all of the types of content available.
6. Click and drag the training items into your preferred training order.
7. Click Next.
8. Review the details of the playlist and click Next.
9. Click Update.
To reorder a playlist
1. Go to Training and click Custom playlists.
2. Select the playlist you would like to edit.
3. Click Reorder.
4. Click and drag the training items into your preferred training order.
5. Click Next.
6. Review the details of the playlist and click 'Next.
7. Click Update.
Typsy tip:
If you have already assigned a playlist to your members, the version of the playlist that was assigned to your members is set and cannot be edited. You can edit a playlist that has already been assigned, but please note the changes will only be reflected the next time you assign the playlist.
