Is there a way I can bulk add or remove members from departments/venues/groups?

Move one or more members across venues in five simple steps.

In this article, we'll use the word Departments, but in your account, you may be using Groups, Classes, or Venues. If your account is optimized to use Groups, Classes, or Venues, you can still follow the steps below. Please note, only Account Admins can create a Department.

To add or remove one or more members from a Department

1. Click Department.

2. Select the Department you would like to add or remove members from.

3. Click Edit members (under Actions).

4. Select any member from your organization that you’d like to add to the Department. If there are already members in the Department, scroll down to view members in your organization that are not currently in the group. These members are faded and un-ticked.

To remove a member, untick the box next to their name.

5. Click Save changes.
