Why has my account been locked?

Locked out of Typsy, here's why:

To ensure that the Typsy platform is protected from malicious behavior, we have added measures to lock accounts when suspicious activity takes place.

Suspicious activity includes, but is not limited to:

  • Watching multiple courses/lessons at the same time across multiple browsers and/or tabs

  • Completing multiple quizzes at the same time across multiple browsers and/or tabs

Accounts are locked for a maximum of 15 minutes at a time and are automatically unlocked at the end of that period.

If you feel your account has been locked in error, please reach out to Typsy via our live chat.

Typsy tip:

To keep your account secure, always keep your login details confidential and never share them with others. If you are using a shared computer to access Typsy, don't forget to logout of your account at the end of each session.
