To ensure that the Typsy platform is protected from malicious behavior, we have added measures to lock accounts when suspicious activity takes place.
Suspicious activity includes, but is not limited to:
Watching multiple courses/lessons at the same time across multiple browsers and/or tabs
Completing multiple quizzes at the same time across multiple browsers and/or tabs
Accounts are locked for a maximum of 15 minutes at a time and are automatically unlocked at the end of that period.
