Every user on Typsy is permitted to watch a single video lesson no more than 5 times in a single 24-hour period. After watching a single lesson 5 times in a day, the lesson will be locked for 24 hours. This is designed to prevent users from trying to manipulate learning time and training data. Please wait 24 hours and then you should be allowed to watch the lesson again.

We understand the importance and value of re-watching lessons to assist with comprehensive knowledge transfer. However, equally, if not more important, is putting that new knowledge and skill into practice. For maximum effect of Typsy learning we recommend that you watch your desired content, take the time to reflect upon your new knowledge and skill, use your newly acquired knowledge and skill in the workplace and after giving it a go in the workplace, if you need, come back and refresh your knowledge by watching the lesson one more time and then go ahead and master your skill in your next shift.
