Which Euro account can I use?
As we complete our migration to Switzerland, we are updating how you can deposit euros into your Wickie account.
EU customers: Please top up via your personal IBAN only for all euro deposits.
Swiss customers: You may use either your personal IBAN or the Primary Euro Account for euro deposits.
Other regions: Continue using the Primary Euro Account method to add euros to your account.
(In your Wickie app or dashboard, you’ll find your personal IBAN details if applicable. Make sure to use the correct method above based on your region when depositing EUR.)

Your Personal IBAN account at Wickie: starting with CY
When you receive your personal IBAN account at Wickie, it begins with CY (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code), which stands for Cyprus. This is because our trusted banking partner for personal IBAN accounts is Unlimit1, operates out of Cyprus. The accounts are issued under Cypriot jurisdiction. With your personal IBAN, you can easily manage your finances, receive payments, and enjoy features like direct salary deposits, make SEPA payments — all designed for your convenience. Please note, if you already have an account with Unlimit through a different partner company, you cannot simultaneously have a personal IBAN account through Unlimit on Wickie. In such cases, you would need to close your account with the other partner before applying for a Wickie personal IBAN account.
Topping up your Primary Euro Account: IBAN starting with LT
When you top up funds to your Primary Euro Account in Wickie, you will be provided with a Wallter UAB IBAN starting with LT. Wallter UAB is Wickie’s collective multi-currency account partner, and this IBAN is linked to Wickie’s company account, through which your euro balance will be securely credited. Using this option, you can easily add funds to your Primary Euro Account and seamlessly exchange euros to cryptocurrency—all within the Wickie platform
Why two different IBAN accounts?
Wickie is a multifunctional financial platform that integrates various services to cater to your financial needs.
Your CY IBAN is your personal banking account, which you can use for daily financial activities, including handling bills, receiving salary, and much more.
The LT IBAN, provided through Wallter UAB, is referred to as your Primary Euro Account. It is used exclusively for crediting your euro balance in Wickie, ensuring efficient and secure handling of your euro deposits.
What makes this account different is that it allows individuals from a much wider range of countries to open and use a Wickie account—significantly expanding global access. Additionally, the Primary Account supports deposits in multiple currencies, not just euros. Any funds sent in other currencies will be automatically converted to euros with no additional fees, making it a flexible and cost-effective option for international users.
This dual-system approach allows us to deliver a seamless and efficient financial experience for all our users. If you are unable to obtain a personal IBAN account right away, alternative interim solutions include:
