Most of our users find that managing their finances is easiest and most cost-effective through a personal IBAN account at Wickie. However, for users who don’t yet meet the requirements for a personal IBAN, the Primary Euro Account is a great alternative for receiving euro transfers and managing funds. Even if you already have a personal IBAN, your Primary Euro Account can still be very useful — especially when sending other countries currencies to Wickie. These funds will be automatically converted to euros and credited to your balance without any additional fees.
🏦 How It Works
You send EUR or another supported currency from your financial institution to the IBAN shown under your “Primary Euro Account” in the Wickie app or web dashboard.
The transfer is received securely and matched to your account using the provided payment reference.
Once received, the funds are added to your balance — usually within a short time.
⚠️ Important: Always include the correct reference code when making the transfer so we can identify your payment quickly and accurately.
