Step 1. Log in
Sign in to your Wickie.io account.
Step 2. Access customer support messinger
On the website
Click the customer support icon located at the bottom-right corner of your screen.
On the app
Tap "Explore" → Select "Support" → Then tap on "Chat with us".
Step 3. Select "Complaints" ticket
In the customer support messinger, scroll down to the "Create a ticket" section.
Click on the ticket option labeled "Complaints".
Step 4. Fill in Your information
Describe your complaint in detail, including all relevant information. The more details you provide, the better we can assist you.
What happens next?
Once submitted, your complaint will be reviewed and carried out within 15 business days by a member of our support team.
