Step-by-step guide for sending cryptocurrencies at Wickie

Log in to your Wickie account
Navigate to the "Payments & Transfers" section
Select "Crypto"
Choose the Cryptocurrency you want to send
Enter recipient details
- Provide the recipient's wallet address. Ensure the address is correct to avoid errors.
- Provide the recipient's Full Name and Wallet Provider in the "Add Description" line. (Otherwise transaction will not be accepted)
Type in the amount you want to send.
Double-check all details, including the wallet address, cryptocurrency, and amount.
Click the "Continue" button to finalize the transfer.
Confirm with two-factor authentication
Wickie requires two-factor authentication for security purposes. Use your registered phone number or authenticator app to confirm the transaction.

Transaction processing

Once confirmed, the transaction will be processed on the blockchain network. Processing times may vary depending on network congestion.

Double-check the recipient's wallet address before sending. Transactions cannot be reversed.
Ensure you have sufficient funds, including fees.
To know the fees log in to your Wickie account, click on Settings" and find "Fees" section.
