The strap divider (the small plastic piece under your ears) helps position the straps correctly for comfort and safety.
To adjust it:
Move the divider up or down by gently sliding it along the straps.
Adjust the front strap to move the divider forward.
Adjust the rear strap to move it backward.
The divider should sit directly beneath your earlobes, forming a clean “V” shape. Make sure both sides are symmetrical before fastening the buckle.
