I Redeemed Points But Didn’t Get My Gift Card

After redeeming points, your gift card is sent by email. If you don’t see it, check spam and make sure you're looking at the right inbox.

📩 What to Expect After Redemption

Once you redeem your points for a gift card:

  • You’ll get an email from our gift card provider (Tango)

  • It’s sent to the same email you use to log into Uniteam

  • You should receive it within a few minutes


🕵️ Didn’t Get the Email?

Here’s what to check:

  1. Spam or junk folder

    • Search for "Tango Card" or "You’ve received a reward"

    • Some email filters might block reward emails

  2. Double-check your Uniteam login email

    • That’s where your card goes—it won’t send to a personal or alternate address

  3. Search all inbox tabs (like Promotions in Gmail)

  4. Still nothing after 15 minutes?

    • Reach out to your manager or email support@uniteam.us

    • Include your name, email, and the reward you tried to redeem


💡 Pro Tip:

Add “@tangocard.com” to your safe sender list so future rewards don’t get lost.
Example: If you use Gmail, mark the gift card email as "Not Spam" to fix it for next time.
