These appear alongside e-gift cards in the Rewards Shop.
✏️ How to Set One Up
Go to Settings → Rewards & Recognition → Add Custom Gift Card
Fill in the details:
Name
Image/icon
Point value required
Description (Include how the reward will be fulfilled, e.g. “HR will reach out for size preferences”)
Click Save—and the reward will be live in the shop for all users with enough points to redeem it.
🔄 What Happens Next?
Once a user redeems a custom gift card:
Their points are deducted immediately
The reward appears in their redemption history
Your internal team fulfills the reward based on what’s in the description
Uniteam does not fulfill or ship these items
