  1. Click Add Question

  2. Choose a Response Type:

💾 Save as a Template

Doing pulse checks or onboarding feedback often? Save your survey as a template to reuse later with a few edits.


🚀 Publishing Your Survey

  1. Preview to confirm everything looks good

  2. Click Publish—your survey will post immediately or go live at the start time

  3. View results in real time or export as a spreadsheet

Target your survey to just store managers or new hires in their first 90 days for sharper feedback.
