Use the eCommerce Hub's Shopify setting "Currency Preferences for Orders Import" to configure how multi-currency Sales Orders will import from Shopify to Unleashed.
Important: Multi-currency is currently not supported with the "Use a single customer for all Shopify orders" option.
Manage your Shopify Store's "Currency Preferences for Orders Import" setting
To manage your Shopify store's "Currency Preferences for Orders Import" setting:
From the main menu in Unleashed, go to the eCommerce Hub and click on the Shopify tile.
Click on the "Configure" button in your Shopify store's tile.
In the "Order Import Options" section, select "Create an order and a customer based on each Shopify order".
Scroll down to the "Currency Preferences for Orders Import" section and select either:
Use Shop Currency (Orders will be imported in your Shop currency)
Use Payment Currency (Orders will be imported in the currency which they were paid for via Shopify Markets)β
Scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Save Configuration".
Use Shop Currency
If "Use Shop Currency" has been selected as the preference, multi-currency Sales Orders imported from Shopify will import in your Shopify store's base currency. The conversion from the customer's payment currency to your store's base currency will be based on the rates provided in Shopify.
Use Payment Currency
If "Use Payment Currency" has been selected as the preference, multi-currency Sales Orders imported from Shopify will import with the currency the Shopify Sales Order was made in. The payment currency must exist as a Currency Rate in Unleashed for the Sales Order to import successfully in Unleashed. For more details, see Currency Rates.
