What is a Customer Success Plan?
Customer Success Plans (CSPs) in Unleashed determine the level of support your account's subscribed
Every Unleashed account will be subscribed to one of the following CSPs:
Premier
Standard
Essentials
Each CSP provides access to the following support resources:

Service Hours
Support requested via our Support Portal, phone or live chat will be handled by our regional support teams, based on your user and account's global location.

Access Support
To use the support resources available, per your CSP, your user must be enabled for Support in your Unleashed account.
To enable Support for a user, per your account's CSP:
From the main menu, go to Settings > Security > Users.
Along your user's row, tick the Support check box.
If you do not have access to the Users page in Settings, contact your Account Owner or a Superuser who can make the update for you.
Support user limits
There's a limit to how many users can be enabled for Support simultaneously in your Unleashed account, and this limit's based on the CSP you're subscribed to.

Unleashed University
If you're subscribed to either the Standard or Premier CSP you'll have access to Unleashed's University, which is a self-lead training resource that provides guidance on how to use Unleashed and the functions available.
To enable University for a user, per your account's CSP:
From Unleashed's main menu, go to Settings, Security and select Users.
Along your user's row, tick the University check box.
Once enabled, Unleashed University can be accessed via the Unleashed University option available in your user name's dropdown menu in the top right of your Unleashed page.
University user limits
There's a limit to how many users can be enabled for Unleashed University simultaneously in your Unleashed account, and this limit's based on the CSP you're subscribed to.
