Our name, UpBeing, refers to this goal: to up your baseline wellbeing.
Instead of spending hours journaling or tracking your every action, UpBeing passively accepts data from your calendars, wearables, and other technologies you already use. Our AI automatically determines the cause-and-effect relationships between what you do and how you feel, so you can do more of what feels good and less of what doesn’t.
