The way we feel is shaped by how we move, how we sleep, and how we rest and recover. To understand this dimension of your wellbeing, UpBeing can use passive data from apple health (including your apple watch).

How to connect apple health:

  1. Open UpBeing.

  2. Open the side-bar and go to "Connections".

  3. Once there, scroll down to "Apple Health" and switch it on.

  4. Then, open settings on your phone, go to "Health", then "Data Access & Devices", and select "UpBeing" under apps and services.

  5. Select what health data you want to share with UpBeing. Activity, exercise minutes, heart rate, and sleep are a great place to start.

That's it! If at any time you want to stop sharing health data with UpBeing, simply switch "Apple Health" off in the UpBeing app or toggle off the specific health metrics you no longer want to share in your health settings.
