What are insights?

UpBeing connects what you do, how you feel, and who you care about: delivered in the form of insights.

While you go about your day, UpBeing uses the passive data you connect to quietly and securely study your behaviours. When you check-in, UpBeing identifies hidden correlations and patterns between what you do and how you feel delivered in the form of insights, each day at noon.

How to see your insights:

  1. Switch to the "Insights" tab in the footer.

  2. Select "Explore this insight". Note that if you haven't checked in yet today, then you'll need to check-in before you can view your insight.

  3. Use the day selector bar to view insights from the past two weeks.

UpBeing generates 8 different types of insights that you can prioritize during onboarding or later in settings.

  • Mood

  • Overall wellbeing

  • Energy

  • Productivity

  • Motivation

  • Sleep

  • Calendar

  • Relationships

The more data you connect, the better your insights will be.
