While you go about your day, UpBeing uses the passive data you connect to quietly and securely study your behaviours. When you check-in, UpBeing identifies hidden correlations and patterns between what you do and how you feel delivered in the form of insights, each day at noon.
How to see your insights:
Switch to the "Insights" tab in the footer.
Select "Explore this insight". Note that if you haven't checked in yet today, then you'll need to check-in before you can view your insight.
Use the day selector bar to view insights from the past two weeks.
