Overview
If your Lister Shopgoodwill password is updated or becomes disconnected from Lister, you’ll see a warning message in Lister letting you know the account should be relinked. This guide walks through how to set a new password and connect it back to Lister.

Step 1: Find the Upright Labs User Account
Navigate to the admin dashboard in Lister and click on Shopgoodwill in the left navigation menu, then scroll to the “Account Settings” section and note the username at the top of the box:
Step 2: Locate the Lister User in Shopgoodwill
Login to Shopgoodwill’s seller portal and navigate to the "Manage Users" section. Find the same username from Step 1 above.
❗Important Note: Ensure the user account is set to "Active" before proceeding. If the account is "Inactive" in Shopgoodwill, follow the steps below:
Click the pencil icon next to the User
Change the status to "Active"
Click "Save"
Step 3: Update the Password
Click the padlock icon next to the user to create a new password.
Step 4: Enter New Password in Lister
Return to the Shopgoodwill settings page in Lister and enter the new password. Click “Save” to confirm, then refresh your browser.
