Preferences for Items Awaiting Payment
This settings page on eBay allows you to control how long a buyer has to pay for an item. To use listing strategies in Lister, you MUST have this toggled on so that items can automatically relist if unpaid.
❗Important Note: These eBay settings must be correctly configured to prevent double sales!
Ensure the "Automatically cancel unpaid items" setting is toggled ON
Select how long buyers have to pay for items. After that time, items still awaiting payment are automatically canceled. This setting must be set to less than 30 days to avoid double sales!
After 30 days, eBay’s API no longer sends complete item information to Lister, meaning that Lister will relist an item after 30 days, potentially resulting in double sales.IMPORTANT: Ensure the "Automatically relist canceled items" setting is toggled OFF. If toggled on, Lister and eBay will create duplicate listings, potentially leading to double sales. Click here to learn how to safely cancel orders on eBay
Click "Save" at the bottom of the page
Shipping Preferences
This settings page in eBay controls excluded shipping locations (for example, international or US Protectorates), allowing combined payments and shipments, calculated shipping rules, and other settings related to how you ship eBay items.
