Preferences for Items Awaiting Payment

This settings page on eBay allows you to control how long a buyer has to pay for an item. To use listing strategies in Lister, you MUST have this toggled on so that items can automatically relist if unpaid.

  • Select how long buyers have to pay for items. After that time, items still awaiting payment are automatically canceled

  • IMPORTANT: Do NOT toggle on the "Automatically relist canceled items" setting, as this will result in Lister and eBay creating duplicate items, potentially leading to double sales.

"Automatically cancel unpaid items" MUST be toggled ON. "Automatically relist cancelled items" MUST be toggled OFF

Listing

  • Title Character Limit: 80

  • Photo Limit: 12

  • Listing Duration: If less than 5 days, eBay charges a fee

  • Fixed-price items have a duration of good till canceled (GTC) which can be overridden using listing strategies
