Overview

From time to time, eBay buyers may wish to cancel an order before an order has shipped or return an item via a hassle-free return for a buyer's remorse reason.

By default, eBay will attempt to relist these items on your behalf, and it is essential to ensure the "Re-list Item" checkbox on the eBay refund page is NOT checked. If left as checked, both eBay and Lister will relist the item, creating duplicate listings on eBay and could lead to double sales.
