Receiving Your Quarterly Reports

  • A few days before your quarterly check-in call, our team will email your report

  • If you aren’t currently attending quarterly support meetings with our team, we’ll still send the report once a quarter and include a link to schedule a call

Feature Usage

The first section of the report shows your organization’s current usage of the key features of Lister and Link.

  • This is an excellent opportunity to identify improvements within your barcoding workflow to increase sales and productivity

This section gives a count of failed listings in your attention required tabs. We recommend checking and clearing attention required items once a day to ensure products in inventory are actively listed on marketplaces.

Time to Listing

Time to Listing details the average and median time in days it takes after a manifest item is accepted to the time it is listed to an online marketplace.

  • Includes a 90-day rolling average to help gauge trends in listing performance

  • If you don’t manifest, this indicated the time from adding the product to listing the product

Total Postings by Day/Week/Quarter

These snapshots help you gauge posting trends in listings over a given timeframe.

  • Total Postings by Day can help identify trends in daily team performance and includes a 90-day rolling average

    • Peaks and valleys in the visualization are typically associated with weekends if your organization isn’t running a 7-day operation

  • Total Postings by Week can help track long-term trends from week to week and includes the current week vs. the previous week’s posting totals
