Shipsurance is added to your shipments automatically based on your insurance threshold in your admin shipping settings.
Claims can be filed from within Lister with a click of a button. With Shipsurance, you have access to:

Faster claims! Spend less time filling forms — Lister auto-fills ~80% of the claim form
Cheaper insurance! Shipsurance rates are 0.75% of the shipment declared value
