How to download the history of all your eBay listings

Overview

The eBay Listings report is a downloadable .csv history of all your listings to the eBay marketplace within a given date range. The report includes auction names, listing dates, number of bids, starting and current price, listing status, and more.

How to Access the eBay Listings Report

  1. Click the reports icon in the top right corner of Lister to navigate to the Reports page

  2. Click “eBay Listings” in the left column


How to Download the eBay Listings Report

The eBay Listings report will populate data based on your selected criteria below:

  1. Between: Select a date range for when the listings were created in Lister.

    • Note: Listings will populate based on the date they were created in Lister, not the date they were published to the marketplace

  2. Timezone: Select your desired timezone for the report.

  3. Click “Generate report” and optionally enter your email address to send a copy once it’s been created

    • Depending on how much data will be included in the report, this may take several moments to complete

  4. Download and open the report from the Past Reports section of the reports page or from your email account (if entered in the popup in box 3, above)


Definitions of Report Columns

Once opened in a spreadsheet, the following data is available to view and manipulate as needed:

  • Column A - Product SKU: Product SKU of listing. This is typically identical to the Seller Private Description (column E)

  • Column B - Channel ID: eBay item number of the listing

  • Column C - State: Current state of the listing, as defined below

    • Pending: Listing is awaiting approval to list via the Pending Listing Review feature or is awaiting step 1 of a Listing Strategy to complete without selling on another marketplace

    • Listed: Listing is currently active on eBay

    • Listing Failed: Listing is awaiting action the the “Attention Required” tab of the eBay Listing Manager

    • Relisting Failed: Relisted item awaiting action in the “Attention Required tab of the eBay Listing Manager

    • Delisted: Listing was manually ended by a user, or an automated action by Lister

    • Expired: Listing ended without bids and is awaiting the next step of the Listing Strategy, or manual relist

    • Sold: Listing sold and purchased by the buyer

    • Unpaid: Listing sold and is awaiting payment from the buyer

    • Purged: Listing either went unpaid and was automatically relisted, or reached the end of the Listing Strategy without a sale. These listings will appear in the Recycled tab of the Listing Manager. Important Note: This is NOT the same as a purged Product!

  • Column D - Title: Listing title as it appears on eBay

  • Column E - Category Name: eBay category the item was listed to

  • Column F - Starting Price: Starting bid amount at the time the item was listed, or via the Listing Strategy

  • Column G - Reserve Price: Minimum reserve price set at the time of listing, or via the Listing Strategy

  • Column H - Buy It Now Price: Buy it Now price set at the time of listing, or via the Listing Strategy

  • Column I - Max Dispatch Time: Handling time for the item, as defined in the shipping policy of the item

  • Column J - Best Offer Enabled: Will show as “TRUE” if the “Best Offer” feature was selected at the point of listing

  • Column K - Auction Duration: Number of days the listing was set for at the point of listing, or via the Listing Strategy

    • Note: “GTC” indicates a Good ‘Till Canceled Buy It Now Listing

  • Column L - Listing Type: Indicates if the listing is a fixed price or auction-style listing

  • Column M - Postal Code: Legacy field from older eBay items that allowed offering multiple shipping locations

  • Column N - Condition: eBay’s numeric value representing the condition selected at the point of listing

  • Column O - eBay Specifics: Lists all required eBay item specifics were used at the point of listing

  • Column P - eBay Shipping Profile ID: ID number of the eBay shipping policy used at the point of listing, or via the Listings Strategy

  • Column Q - eBay Return Profile ID: ID number of the eBay return policy used at the point of listing, or via the Listings Strategy

  • Column R - eBay Payment Profile ID: ID number of the eBay payment policy used at the point of listing, or via the Listings Strategy

  • Column S - EPID: eBay Product ID number, if available

  • Column T - eBay Store Category ID: The eBay numeric code for any custom eBay Store categories assigned to the listing

  • Column U - Bid Count: Number of bids received on the listing

  • Column V - Quantity: Number of items entered in the “Quantity” box at the point of listing

  • Column W - Product Listing Details: Lists all optional eBay item specifics were used at the point of listing

  • Column X - Relist Count: Indicates how many times the item has been relisted

  • Schedule Time

  • Column Y - Scheduled Time: Indicates if the listing had a pre-scheduled start time selected at the point of listing

  • Column Z - Start Time: Start date and time of the listing

  • Column AA - End Time: End date and time of the listing

  • Column AB - Created At: Date the listing was first created

  • Column AC - Listing Strategy Step: Indicates what step of the Listing Strategy the listing is on, starting at zero for the first step, 1 for the second step, and so on. A blank entry indicates the listing was posted without a Listing Strategy

  • Column AD - Poster: Teammate who created the listing

  • Column AE - Supplier: Origin store/supplier of the Product, unless manually changed at the point of listing

  • Column AF - Current Price: Indicates the current or final bid price of the item

  • Column AG - Currency Code: Indicates what currency the listing was created in. For US sellers, this will always be USD
