Overview
The Products report is a downloadable .csv history of all your products created within or recycled within a given date range. This report is useful for determining the average item and shipping dimensions of products and cross-referencing the Shipments report to determine if shipping charges paid by buyers are accurate.
The report can also be used to generate a complete list of every product created or recycled within a given date range and to check for older draft products that have not yet been listed.

How to Access the Products Listings Report
Click the reports icon in the top right corner of Lister to navigate to the Reports page
Click “Products” in the left column
How to Download the Products Report
The Products report will populate data based on your selected criteria below.
Time frame: Select between the following options:
Created Between: Report will be generated based on when the product was first created. If the Product was manifested, this will be the date the manifest item was accepted and converted into a draft product
Recycled Between: Report will be generated based on when a product was recycled
Between: Set the date range for the report
Timezone: Select your desired timezone for the report.
Click “Generate report” and optionally enter your email address to send a copy once it’s been created
Depending on how much data will be included in the report, this may take several moments to complete
Download and open the report from the Past Reports section of the reports page or from your email account (if entered in the popup in box 4, above)
Definitions of Report Columns
Once opened in a spreadsheet, the following data is available to view and manipulate as needed:
Column A - Product ID: The product ID assigned to the item in Lister (different than Product SKU)
Column B - Created At: The date and time the Product was first created
Column C - Recycled At: The date and time the Product was recycled
Column D - Title: Current title of the product
Column E - SKU: Product SKU
Column F - Length: Item length in inches, if entered
Column G - Width: Item width in inches, if entered
Column H - Height: Item height in inches, if entered
Column I - Weight: Item weight in inches, if entered
Column J - Shipping Weight: Shipping weight in pounds, if calculated
Column K - Price: Legacy column no longer used as of 2023
Note: Please refer to the Paid Order Items report or the specific marketplace listings reports for accurate reporting on item price
Column L - Is Draft: True or false to show if the product is still a draft and needs to be listed
Column M - Supplier: Source store/supplier of the product
Column N - Inventory Location: Current inventory location
Column O - Shipping Box: Shipping box selection, if entered
Column P - Category: Lister Category assigned to the product
Column Q - Poster: Teammate who listed the item
Column R - Manifest: Source manifest of the product
Column S - Carrier: Selected shipping carrier on the product (Shopgoodwill only)
Column T - Shipping Length: Shipping length entered, if entered
Column U - Shipping Width: Shipping width entered, if entered
Column V - Shipping Height: Shipping height entered, if entered
Column W - Is Purged: True or false to indicate if a recycled Product was purged from inventory
Column X - Listing Strategy: Name of the Listing Strategy currently assigned to the Product
Column Y - Tags: List of any tags assigned to the Product
