Users can now create and send RFQs. Simply click "New Order" and select RFQ.

This will allow users to select and send a bid request to multiple vendors through Kojo as a BCC'd email. Received quotes can be logged in Kojo, and you can directly issue a PO from the RFQ.

Start by filling out order and vendor details, additional recipients, and additional details.

Please note when entering vendor information, you can only remove vendor contacts BEFORE the RFQ has been sent. Once the RFQ is sent, you will not be able to remove their contact from the page. You can remove a vendor by clicking Options then Remove from RFQ

Next, you will want to add line items for your order by clicking on the Line Items tab. You can enter things like phase and tax codes, and shipping or discount costs. Once the top portion is filled out as needed, start adding your items in the spreadsheet below.

Need to add an attachment to your RFQ? Simply, click on Attachments then +Upload Attachment.

If you need anything else while working on your RFQ, you can access the Options drop-down and choose from the list.

Once completed, click the Send Quote Request Button!
