If you've ever made a requisition (req) to test the process or had a field user submit a req with items that you aren't going to fulfill, this is how you would mark a req as processed.

To mark a req as processed, every item in the req must added to a PO or rejected. Essentially, each item on the req must have a purpose for the req to be considered as processed. Acknowledging an item on a requisition does not label it as Processed.

Adding a req to an order is easy- you need to select the item(s) you want and click either "Add to Existing PO" or "New Order".

Adding to an Existing PO will allow you to click from a pre-populated list of recent draft orders OR you can type in the text box for a specific draft order. Req items cannot be added to orders that have already been sent or linked to accounting softwares.

If you choose "New Order", please note the dropdown where you can specify what type of order you'd like to create. If you simply click, "New Order", it will create a normal PO.

Acknowledging an item will not label the requisition as processed, it will simply let field users know that you've seen the item in the req. This is NOT the same as adding it to a PO.

Rejecting an item will put the rejected items back into the requesting field user's cart, so they can fix things like quantity and re-submit their req for those items.
