Jobsite Requisition Attachments allows field users to provide their office and vendors with accurate and easy-to-understand material requests with the ability to attach photos, specs, drawings, and documents to their requests from the Kojo field app.
With Jobsite Requisition Attachments, contractors can:
Ensure office teams receive all relevant information related to a field requisition in one simple view, including material photos, specs, drawings, and documents.
Streamline communication between the office and vendors by attaching material requisition photos, specs, drawings, and documents to purchase orders for greater context and clarity.
Reduce the time spent on communicating requests between field and office teams.
Let's see how it works for field users:
When using the field app to create a requisition, you now have the option to add an image by selecting the image icon.
You will be prompted to take a picture or select one from your phone's library. You can add as many images as you'd like to a requisition.
Once in the cart tab, line items with an image attached will show an image icon.
If you'd like to delete the image, you can select the line item and then click the red minus sign on the top right corner of the image.
Let's see how it works in the office:
When you receive your requisition in the office, you will now see a thumbnail of an image on any line item that includes a requisition image attachment. Click the image to review the attachment.
All requisition attachments will be automatically moved over to a PO whether you create a new PO or add to an existing PO. When navigating to the PO, you will see the Attachments tab now has the attached images for each corresponding line item.
When clicking into the Attachments tab, you can view the images again by clicking on the file name.
How to send the attachment to your vendor in a PO:
To send the attachments along with your PO to your vendor, select "Send w/ Request" for each attachment you'd like to send along.
When your vendor receives your PO via email, your attached files will also be attached in the email to make it easier for them to know exactly what you're ordering
