Sometimes purchase orders need to be canceled. If a PO is in an "Awaiting Acknowledgement" or "Acknowledged" state (indicated by the status badges in the order header):
Click the "Options" dropdown at the top right corner of a specific order and click "Cancel Order".
Or you can cancel an order directly from the Orders page:
If you have an order in a Draft state, you can discard the PO if you no longer need it. Discarding a draft will permanently delete it from Kojo.
