Start by going to "Settings" then "Export Purchase Orders"

From here, you can select as many or as few orders as you want and click "Export". It will allow you to customize the columns you'd like to see in the exported file.

If you click the check box at the top of the chart, it will select all POs on that page. It will also give you the option to select all POs in the entire org.
