Here's what we've been up to this past month:

Features and Enhancements for the Office & Field

Bill Of Materials

Easily upload a Bill Of Materials to a Job and keep track of your spend throughout a project!

The Field can also see what is available to request from the BoM!

Features and Enhancements for the Office

Global Order Search + Job Filter

Previously, you could search POs for a particular material, or filter POs by a particular Job, but not both - now you can! Both filters work in tandem to help you hone in on POs with just the material on particular Jobs(s) you are looking for!

RFQ: Include Attachment(s) upon Award

Previously, only a Vendor could upload a document to a RFQ, such as a quote response, through the Vendor RFQ Portal. If the Vendor sent a document via email outside of Kojo, there was no way for a Purchasing Agent to associate it with that specific Vendor - now you can!

You can also add an internal note to help your quotes stay organized!

Any attachments uploaded in the RFQ page will automatically be attached and ready to send on on awarded POs!

Features and Enhancements for the Warehouse

Updated Receiving Workflow

Previously, the ability to receive materials at the Warehouse was not intuitive, and did not include the ability to receive multiple times against the same PO - now you can! You can also now add photos and notes at the line item level!

Additional Warehouse Request Status

Previously, the Status column for a Warehouse web user wasn't very helpful. We either informed the user that a request had been Sent or in Draft. Users on Warehouse web had to click into each individual request and then click into the Items view to see whether anything had been picked or not.

Not anymore! We have now added an Acknowledged status that indicates the pick request has been completed without having to click into each individual request, and this column is also sortable!

Zero Quantity Inventory Items: Show or Hide

We now have a toggle for that!

Inventory Adjustment from the Item Table

Previously, manual adjustments required accessing the Inventory page, filtering the item, selecting it, clicking on Make Adjustment, and then performing the action. Now you can do this directly from the Inventory Item Table!
