Features and Enhancements for the Warehouse

Receiving on Desktop for WH Users

Linking Material Inventory with BOM

Features and Enhancements for the Office

Requisition Filter on Orders Table

You can now filter by a "Requisition ID" or "Requisition Title" in the Orders Table. This is a helpful filter for purchasing agents because it means they can easily find associated orders based on the requisition. Purchasing agents often receive PO inquiries from field users who reference their requisitions.

How it Works:

  1. Click into the Requisitions, and filter to see a dropdown of the top 5 results

  2. Search by either Requisition ID or Requisition Title to find POs associated with a requisition

RFQ-to-PO Import Settings

During the allocation process for an RFQ, you are now given the opportunity to select whether to keep the vendor’s descriptions before importing, or not.

Features and Enhancements for the Field

View Details on Ductwork under Status

When viewing a Request’s status, you can now view all item details for requested ductwork pieces.

Line item numbers on Received Deliveries

Line item numbers are now displayed on deliveries that have been received!

New Home Screen on Mobile App

Refreshed look, and easier shortcuts to commonly used actions.

Request Quick Order Additions/Changes

Field users can now provide feedback on missing items in Quick Order within the app directly!
