Here's what we've been up to this past month:

Features and Enhancements for the Office

Purchase Order ERP Linking History

You can now see a record of when an individual PO began linking back to an ERP and when it successfully completed linking, in addition to providing a history of any errors associated with that PO linking.

Show 0 Quantity Requisition Line Items

Previously, customers reported having Requisitions in the Unprocessed tab with all line items attached to a PO. This was due to us hiding line items with 0 quantity. Now customers see the 0 quantity line items.

Improved RFQ Status Options for Filtering

For accounts who have enabled the RFQ Splitting feature, the "PO Issued" and "HFR Issued" statuses have been removed from Bid Status. Context on if a PO has been issued can be found from the Ordering Status column. When a RFQ expires we add an "Expired" label under the "Bid-by" date.

Valid Bid Statuses now include:

  • Draft

  • No Bids Received

  • Some Bids Received

  • All Bids Received

[Sage 300] Allow Editing PO Fields Not Synced to ERP After Linking

Many customers receive updated backorder dates from deliveries and users want to be able to update with context such as notes, description and backorder on the line items that is received after the PO has already been linked to Sage.

Editable fields but requires syncing “Change Order” to Sage 300

  • Price and quantity changes will show out of sync with Sage 300 CRE after changing these fields.

Editable Fields that are not synced to Sage 300

  • Backorder quantity, notes, description

Features and enhancements for the Field

Search Results on One Page

Agora now surfaces all search results on one page rather than having Field users decide which path to go down!

Offline Jobsite Cart Functionality

Field users now have the ability to add items to the Cart using Quick Order and Add As Entered while not connected to WiFi or a cellular connection.

Current available offline functions include:

  1. Add an item to the Cart

    1. Quick Order (electrical only)

    2. Add As Entered

  2. Edit an item in the Cart

  3. Delete an item in the Cart

A banner at the top of the page will let the user know that they are not connected to WiFi or a cellular service.

They will not be able to do the following:

  1. Switch jobs

  2. Use the Status and Delivery pages

  3. Perform this functionality on Jobsite web

Additionally, if the user closes the app (not minimize, but actually close) or refreshes the app before they get back online, their offline work will be lost.

Features and Enhancements for the Office and Field:

Material List Items With Notes Included in Purchase Order

When creating a Purchase Order and selecting a line item from a Material List, the auto-filled row previously did not include information from the Notes column that was in the Material List columns - now they do!

Features and Enhancements for the Warehouse

Clearer Warehouse Availability

Warehouse users can now see separate counts for Quantity On Shelf vs. Quantity Available for new requests!

Before this update, the availability of items in the Warehouse was deducted when the request was made in the Field. We showed Warehouse users the count of the stock that’s available to be requested rather than the count of items that should be on the shelves.

With this update, Warehouse users can see the count of stock that is available to be requested and stock that is on the shelves!

Inventory levels displayed are now Quantities On Shelf

Total Quantity (Quantity Available) v. Quantity On Shelf can be viewed in the detail page

On the inventory page, QTY Available and QTY In Stock are displayed to clarify actual inventory levels (QTY On Shelf) and those pending pick requests (QTY Available)

Inventory Requests: Pick Status on Table

Users can now quickly find the requests that need action with helpful pick statuses, sorting, and filtering--no more clicking into every individual request to find its actual status!
