As 2022 finished up, here's what we were up to:

Features and Enhancements for the Field

iPad Split View

Kojo Jobsite now supports the ability to use Split View on iPads!

Features and Enhancements for Integrations

Foundation Direct Integration

Previously, our customers that used Foundation were confined to a manual import/export process to exchange PO data between Kojo and their ERP - no longer!

Advantages of the direct integration include:

  • No more manual import for new jobs, vendors or cost codes! This integration will automatically import your Foundation data into Kojo, every hour.

  • Automate the transfer of POs from Kojo to Foundation. That’s right, your team won’t need to run weekly PO exports out of Kojo anymore!

  • Avoid error messages as you transfer your data from Kojo to Foundation. With the new integration, our system will ensure everything is in order before you transfer your POs to Foundation!

  • With Kojo you have accurate material cost data.

  • Always have accurate committed costs on materials up-to-date in real time.

  • Eliminate manual data entry and potential for human error.

Procore: "Sync Now" Button

While our direct integration automatically syncs data points on an hourly basis, if there is a need to initiate a sync between Kojo and Procore now, simply push one of the buttons to kickoff the sync!

Features and Enhancements for the Office

Custom Column Included in PO PDF

Previously, the Custom Column in the PO table was for internal use only - contents of this column were not included in the PO PDF attachment sent to Vendors; now Admins can enable this functionality!

Intelligent Order Acknowledgments: Updates

As a result of valuable customer feedback, we identified two opportunities to improve iOA performance!

  1. All scanned counts, quantities, and descriptions are equal, but there are more lines than counts.

Solution: Merge the lines together, discard any null values, and rebuild the acknowledged items.

  2. Quantity count is greater than price/description count (where price/description count are equal).

Solution: Exclude quantity from the scan and rebuild the acknowledged items.

New User Bulk Upload

Previously, new users had to be added to Kojo one at a time - not anymore! We have now added the ability for Admins to bulk upload as many new users as they want in one shot!

Requisition Tab Counts

We added tab counts to the Requisitions page to make it easier to see how many Requisitions are Unprocessed and Processed!

Requisitions to PO on the Go

Many of our customers wear multiple hats, including transit between job sites and the office. If a Kojo Procurement user was on the go and needed to process a Requisition and draft a PO, they would often need to get out a non-mobile device, bring it online, and then access Kojo Office to complete the needed transactions. Now you can handle it all from Kojo Jobsite mobile!

Features and Enhancements for the Warehouse

Bulk Inventory Deletion

Sometimes our customers receive Requisitions with item(s) that include slang, improper descriptions, typos, or incorrect items. If added to Warehouse inventory, these "bad" inventory line item(s) can bloat inventory lists potentially by the thousands! Customers may also need to bulk delete a "bad" upload or adjust item descriptions for their Field users.

How it works:

  1. Browse to the Inventory page.

  2. Select the items to delete.

    1. To select all items in the inventory list:

      1. Select the top-left check box.

      2. A warning will appear with a count of the number of items selected.

      3. Click “Clear Selection” to remove the selection.

      4. Click “Select all …” to select 100% of the items in your inventory.

    2. To delete only some items, click the checkbox next to the appropriate lines. You can browse through different pages as well.

  3. Once everything you want has been selected, click “Delete”.

  4. A warning modal will appear. Since an accidental deletion can have serious repercussions to your inventory, you must type “delete” then click the delete button to confirm.

  5. Upon successful deletion, you will see an alert and your inventory will be removed from the list!
