If you receive a Foundation linking error stating:

mssql: Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint 'pk_pending_po_sync_header'. Cannot insert duplicate key in object 'dbo.pending_po_sync_header'. The duplicate key value is (1, 21C150-228, ).

This indicates that the PO was already sent to Foundation. Please check on the import orders screen on Foundation. If the PO is there, please contact our Support Team and we will correct the linking state for you in Kojo to Linked.
