If you receive the following Quickbooks linking error:

Error 3140: Invalid reference to QB…The specified record does not exist in the list.

Here is what it means. Typically, this happens when the name in QB has changed slightly, and it hasn't updated in Kojo (yet). If you edit a Job/Customer name in QB, you may need to wait for 30 minutes or so for the correct name to show in Kojo. If you see this error again, wait a bit and just try to relink the PO again. If you still have an issue after that, then let us know by contacting our Support Team, and we can look into it more. But typically this error is caused by a name change or someone deleting the job/customer from QB, and the update just hasn't hit Kojo yet.
