Our Field Team has designed a more user-friendly way to select a different list within a source type.

Here is what the old configuration looked like:

You can now set a default need by date for requisitions. You can choose for these to be blank, forcing the Field User to specify, or have it default to 1, 2, 3 days from today.

This can be configured in your Admin Settings:

When creating a requisition on Jobsite Web, you can now add attachments to each line item. Once a line item has a description, you will see the option to add an attachment appear:

We improved the performance of viewing deliveries on the order detail page. Users should find it much easier to view these pages now.

This enhancement automatically carries over the same people CC'd on an RFQ to the PO, saving time and effort for office personnel managing POs. The CC is carried over automatically and can be deleted if necessary.

This update adds subject and body fields to the 'resend order' modal, allowing Users to have more control over their communication with vendors. The email template has also been updated to include these new parameters. A pop-up box (pictured below) will appear as soon as you select to resend an order. You can update to the latest version of the software to access this feature!

In Warehouse and Office desktop view, you can now use the "move items" button in the item description page at the individual level.
