Features and Enhancements for the Field

Jobsite Web: New Cart Workflow

The cart page workflow has now been separated into 2 steps to more closely mirror the mobile checkout process. We have added a search bar, so it’s more clear how to add items to the table! See images below:

Browse Section for Field on Web

Field Users on the web can now browse sections like they can on the mobile app, including Warehouse items!

Home Screen: Jobsite Mobile

On the field mobile app, there is now a home screen! It includes shortcuts to Quick Order and Recently Ordered Items:

Jobsite Web: Delivery Receiving Improvements

  1. MPN is now visible on web, as is already available on mobile

  2. PO filters are now available on web, the same ones that are available on mobile


Features and Enhancements for the Warehouse

Updates to the Warehouse Request List screen on web

You can now see the related Requisition number to the WHREQ number on the WHREQ list page! You can also quickly see the status of items if they are picked, requested, cancelled, or unavailable:


Features and Enhancements for the Office

Order Version History Comparison View (for Sage300 Customers)

How it Works:

Go to any order that has multiple versions, and to the right of the version, you’ll see a button “Compare Changes”

Next, when you select it, it will automatically load that version of the PO into the right hand side and load the original version on the left. You can then toggle any versions in the left or right with the only rule being that the more recent version has to be on the right; we do not allow you to load a more recent version in the left dropdown.

Requisition Sourcing Grid

  • Intuitive Navigation and Access: Benefit from enhanced navigation features for a more user-friendly experience

Features and Enhancements for Vendors

Job Approved Vendors

Currently, all active vendors can be contacted for every job. Sometimes not all vendors are relevant to or should be used for every job. This can lead to mistakes that need to be corrected by the office or results in orders sent to the wrong vendors. Therefore, we have created the option for you to set up job approved vendors!
