Order Version History Comparison View (for Sage300 Customers)
Order Version History Comparison View (for Sage300 Customers)
How it Works:
Go to any order that has multiple versions, and to the right of the version, you’ll see a button “Compare Changes”
Next, when you select it, it will automatically load that version of the PO into the right hand side and load the original version on the left. You can then toggle any versions in the left or right with the only rule being that the more recent version has to be on the right; we do not allow you to load a more recent version in the left dropdown.

Currently, all active vendors can be contacted for every job. Sometimes not all vendors are relevant to or should be used for every job. This can lead to mistakes that need to be corrected by the office or results in orders sent to the wrong vendors. Therefore, we have created the option for you to set up job approved vendors!
