Here's what we've been up to this past month:

Features and Enhancements for the Field

Updated Substitutions Toggle

As we continue to work to make Kojo as simple and easy to use as possible, we updated the "Brand/Model Subs OK" toggle to "Substitutions Allowed" (Yes/No)!

EMT Stick Length Removal (Electrical Only)

Field team members, Purchasing Agents, and Vendors would often get confused about EMT orders including the number of 10 or 20 foot sticks, creating inaccurate orders, returns, etc.
โ€‹
As a result, we removed "Stick Length" from the EMT section of Quick Order and Field team members can simply indicate the total feet of conduit they need (in increments of 10). If a value that is not an increment of 10 is added to the Cart, Kojo Jobsite will post a reminder to update the quantity accordingly!

BackOffice Users Available for CC

Previously, only Procurement users would be selectable to send Requisitions to, and cc. Now, Field team members can also cc BackOffice users to make sure everyone is aware of what materials are being requested!

Features and Enhancements for the Warehouse

Hide General Stock from the Field

If you want your Field team members to only see inventory allocated for specific Job(s) and not General Stock, we now have a toggle for that!

Duplicate Inventory Item Notification

Previously, Kojo was not identifying the same inventory item description if the text case did not match up - now it does! Kojo will provide a notification and allow you to adjust inventory counts instead!

Warehouse Request Item Order

Items added to a Warehouse Request now remain in the order they were added, instead of auto-sorting by Quantity Available! This will help make it easier to verify everything needed has been added!

Features and Enhancements for the Office

Added "Will Call" to Vendor Email

When a PO's Delivery Address is set for Will Call, the resulting email notification to a Vendor will now indicate as such!
