Field Users on the desktop version of Kojo can select material from categories such as Buyouts, Material Lists, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and Warehouse Inventory by using the "Browse" page.

The Browse option can be found in the left-hand menu in Kojo desktop:

Field Users can still select material from these categories in the following way as well. When they begin typing in a line item, a box will appear below that line item. If the item exists in Warehouse, BOM, ect, then you will see an option to select it from there:
