Use Cases
If a Field User requests material for the wrong Job, they could cancel the items on the request and create a new request instead.
If a Purchasing Agent decides to purchase the material or send a different item to the Field, they can now remove the item and correct the situation.
This can also be used to cancel out an entire Warehouse Request, thereby cancelling all requested items.
How it Works
1. In Kojo Jobsite Mobile, a Warehouse user can browse to the item to be removed and select “Cancel Pick”
2. The item's status will now change to “Cancelled” on the WHREQ pick list
3. The item's status will also be updated on the WHREQ Warehouse Request page in Kojo Office
4. On the Requisition page, the item status will show as “N/A”
5. When an item is removed, the quantity reserved for that item will be released
