How it Works
Customers can generate a report for a tool’s usage on a jobsite in order to bill the job for usage. We support a daily rate for tools. Cost is calculated based off the check-out and check-in dates for a job. If a check-in date is not found, we will use the reporting period to calculate the cost.
Setup
No setup needed. This feature is available to all Warehouse Tool Tracking customers.

To add a daily rate
Browse to the tool’s detail page
Add a daily rate for that tool
To generate a cost report
Browse to the tool list page
Click “Generate Cost Report”
On the popup modal, you can select a time period to run the report. You can use any of the preset options or a custom range. For the custom range, you can select any date range after 01/01/2023.
Then select “Generate Report”. You will be emailed a link to download the file once it is finished processing. We will use the email from your login.
