Features and Enhancements for Integrations

Vista - Custom Field Syncing

Previously, you could not sync over any user defined custom fields from Kojo to Vista. If there was data you wanted to sync over, you would have to add it manually or omit it.

This enhancement allows you to customize your purchase orders by adding a custom column in Kojo that syncs data to a user defined custom field in Vista. You can only add one custom field in your account.

If you are interested in this feature, please reach out to your CSM to help us set this up for you. Provide the following:

  • Name of the user defined field in Vista

  • ID of the user defined field in Vista

  • what you want the custom column named in Kojo

Features and Enhancements for the Warehouse

Soft Delete Zero Quantity Ledgers

When a job or general stock ledger is at zero quantity, users can now remove the ledger by going to the item’s detail view, then expanding the Locations & Sublocations section and clicking Delete.

Subcontract PO Updates

Overview

We have made a few minor updates to our subcontract product (currently a beta feature) to better serve our Customers who leverage this product. If you are interested in being a part of this beta please contact your CSM.

Features

  • Simplified the subtotal of the PDF to have no mention of sales tax because that is not relevant for subcontract POs

  • Ability to configure the Subcontract Email & PDF to your liking

Bulk Actions on Orders Table

We're excited to introduce a new time-saving feature: Bulk Actions on the Orders Table. The Orders Table is where most of the work begins for purchasing agents, and it's the most visited page in our product. Throughout the day, purchasing agents process orders to different states, ensuring that all project stakeholders—field teams, warehouses, and project managers—have up-to-date information on their procurement needs.

What’s New:

You can now bulk act on purchase orders (POs) directly from the table, starting with the ability to bulk close or export POs. This enhancement is designed to improve your efficiency, and we look forward to gathering your feedback for future improvements.

Key Features:

  • Multi-Select Checkbox: You can now select multiple POs at once using the new multi-select checkboxes. Note that when selecting all, it applies only to the POs within your current page, allowing bulk actions on up to 25 POs at a time.

  • Bulk Close: If the selected POs are in an "Acknowledged" state, you can close them in bulk. If any of the selected POs are not in this state, they will remain open, and you will be informed.

  • Bulk Export: Any PO, regardless of its state, can be exported in bulk at any time.

This is just the beginning of our improvements to the Orders Table. We will continue to enhance this feature and would love your feedback on how we can make it even better for you!
