If a Talent has been added twice to your agency, you will see a notification in your Foam account indicating a duplicate record.
To remove the duplicate, follow these steps:
From your Foam account, click on the profile icon in the top-right corner and select Agency settings.
Navigate to the Talent tab.
Search for the Talent with two records. The duplicate record will be labelled as "Duplicate."
Click the three-dot menu next to the duplicate record and select Remove from Agency.
A confirmation prompt will appear. Click Remove to finalise the deletion.
💡 Removing the duplicate talent record will permanently delete their profile data, weblinks, unverified platforms, media kits, and co-managers. They will also be removed from all lists within your agency.
If any important information needs to be retained, ensure you transfer or save it before proceeding.
