Note:
Talent can also use the Foam app to reconnect their socials if they are in a disconnected status.
If your talent is unverified under multiple agency accounts, then they will be unable to connect via the Foam Connect Mobile App.
If your talent does not accept the invitation to join your agency, connecting via the mobile app will not create a Foam account for them.
Steps to Invite Your Talent
Log in to your Foam account.
Click the Add Talent button located in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
From the dropdown menu, select the social platform you want to add.
Choose whether you want to enable or disable Smart Profiles.
Click Next to continue.
Review the account(s) you’re adding to ensure they match the creator you intend to onboard.
Click Next again.
Fill in or review the creator’s profile information, then click Add.
After completing their profile, invite your talent to join your agency via email.
Have your talent accept the invitation and then download the Foam Connect Mobile App from the App Store to connect their socials to Foam.
