Note:
Talent can also use the Foam app to reconnect their socials if they are in a disconnected status.
If your talent is unverified under multiple agency accounts, then they will be unable to connect via the Foam Connect Mobile App.
If your talent does not accept the invitation to join your agency, connecting via the mobile app will not create a Foam account for them.
Steps to Invite Your Talent
1. Log in to your Foam account.
2. Click the Add Talent button located in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
3. From the dropdown menu, select the social platform you want to add.
4. Choose whether you want to enable or disable Smart Profiles.
5. Click Next to continue.
6. Review the account(s) you’re adding to ensure they match the creator you intend to onboard.
7. Click Next again.
8. Fill in or review the creator’s profile information, then click save.
If your talent needs a Foam account for brand deals, invite them via email after they’ve completed their profile. Otherwise, skip this step for now.
9. Share the Apple Foam Connect App Store link (below) with your talent and have them download the app. Once installed, they can use it to connect their social accounts to Foam. Apple Foam Connect App – App Store
10. Done! Next, share this helpful support article with your talent to guide them through connecting via the Foam app.
