If your talent has already signed up for Foam and connected their socials, you can still invite them to join your agency. This article will guide you through the steps of inviting unmanaged talent to your roster.
How to Invite Talent
Log in to your Foam account.
Click the Add Talent button in the top right corner.
Select the platform you'd like to add from the dropdown and enter the creator's handle or URL.
Choose whether to enable or disable Smart Profiles, then click Next to continue.
If the talent already has a Foam account, you'll see one of two pop-ups on the next screen:
If the talent is unmanaged and the handle matches a talent record in Foam, you'll see the following confirmation message. Click Send Invite to continue.
Note: If the talent is linked to another agency, you'll need to choose your manager role:
If you are sharing a talent with another manager from a separate agency and co-managing, choose Request co-manager access.
If you are recruiting a talent from another agency and you need to be the primary manager, choose Request Primary Manager access.
And that's it! You'll be able to see the status of your request under your Agency settings.
What Your Talent Needs to Do
Ask the creator to log into their Foam account and accept the invitation in the bottom left corner. Once they accept, their existing verified account will be connected to your agency.
Please note: if you're co-managing talent with another manager from another agency, the approval will come from the co-manager instead of the creator.
