If your talent has already signed up for Foam on their own and connected their socials, you can still invite them to join your agency. Follow these simple steps:
⚠️ Note: If a creator is already connected to another agency or manager on Foam, they’ll need to remove that connection before you can invite them.
Log in to your Foam account.
Click the Add Talent button in the top right corner.
Select the platform you'd like to add from the dropdown and enter the creator's handle or URL.
Choose whether to enable or disable Smart Profiles, then click Next to continue.
Review the account(s) you want to add, then click Next again.
Complete the creator’s profile information and click Add.
Once added, you’ll be redirected to the Platform Connections page. Click the Invite button on the right-hand side.
Enter the email address linked to the creator’s existing Foam account and click Invite.
If the email address matches the talent record in Foam, you'll see the following confirmation message. Click Send Invite to continue.
What Your Talent Needs to Do
Ask the creator to log into their Foam account and accept the invitation in the bottom left corner. Once they accept, their existing verified account will be connected to your agency.
Important Note on Duplicates
When you invite an existing Foam talent, an unverified creator profile will be added to your roster. Once the creator accepts the invite, that unverified record won’t be removed automatically.
To keep your roster clean and accurate, you must manually remove the duplicate unverified record after the creator accepts the invitation. For step-by-step instructions, please refer to this guide.
