Understanding talent manager account statuses

This article explains the different statuses a talent manager account can have during the initial sign-up and invitation process. This will help you understand where each talent manager is in their onboarding journey.

To view the status of a talent manager's account, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner and select Agency settings.

  2. Navigate to the Team tab and look for the "Status" column.

"Not yet invited"

This status indicates that a manager has not yet been invited to join your agency on Foam.

What this means: The talent manager's profile is not active, and they do not have access to any features. To get them started, send them an invitation to join your agency.

"Pending"

This status indicates that you have successfully sent an invitation to the talent manager, but they have not yet accepted it and completed their account setup.

What this means: The email invitation is active and waiting for the talent manager's response. They cannot log in or manage any talent until they accept it. You can share this guide with them for a smooth onboarding: How to accept an invite from your agency in Foam.

"Accepted"

This status indicates that the talent manager has successfully accepted your invitation and completed their account setup.

What this means: The talent manager is now an active member of your agency on Foam. They can log in, view and manage agency talent, access the metrics, and create media kits and custom lists.
